What their saying about "The Sins Of Government":

Clearly wearing its political intentions on its sleeve, The Sins of Government assaults the viewer with candy-colored lighting, ranting Bush family members and lizard leaders; as the opening text proclaims, "It's only a movie". If the politically-conscious paranoia thrillers of the 1970s slammed head-first into a lurid Amicus horror anthology on a homegrown budget, the result would probably be The Sins of Government, another take-no-prisoners DIY outing from Ron Atkins, the genial lunatic behind Schizophreniac and Eat the Rich.

3 1/2 stars
This political backdrop serves more as a springboard for more of Ron Atkins own brand of over-the-top depravity. If you like watching people being beaten down, broken and completely destroyed, then take a break from watching the news for a bit and give this a try.

Ron Atkins definitely has a style of his own. A must see!

Mind control sex, piss-drinking, dog-style barking and blood-sucking are all extended set-pieces that the film is geared toward. The 'Ultra' segment allows the Iragi-torture issue to slide into soft core porno rape, and the 'Rites of the Illuminati' descends from political paranoia into kinky, blood drinking sacrifice. Instead of being a provocative piece of political horror, it's rather an opportunistic, SOV short that will satisfy fans of mean spirited T&A.
